Beijing Sustainable Development Center First to Join the GEN

The Beijing Science & technology Sustainable Development Center has signed a Memorandum of Agreement to join the Global Energy Network as the first international affiliate. The signing was between Doug Newman of the U.S. Global Energy Center and Dr. Shulong Teng.
